Student Conduct & Responsibilities

The guidelines that ensure safety, discipline, and a productive learning environment for all students.

Enrollment in Bishnupur Heritage School implies the willingness to comply with school rules and regulations.
Indiscipline, insubordination, or disrespect will not be tolerated. Students may be suspended/expelled.
Only three parents/guardians may visit or meet their child.
Timely pickup and drop are mandatory. Identity card must be produced when collecting students.
Parents may not meet teachers without Principal’s written permission during school hours.
Students must wear clean uniforms. Only a wristwatch or small earrings are permitted.
No student may leave school premises without the Principal’s permission.
Progress reports must be signed and returned. Promotions depend on year-round performance.
Irregular attendance can lead to expulsion.
Leave of absence must be requested in writing. Diary entries are required for delays or illness.
Fees must be paid by the 20th of each month. Late fines apply. Unpaid fees may lead to removal from register.
Report cards will be withheld if fees are due.
Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Students are responsible for their belongings. School is not liable for lost items.

All students must participate in drills, games, and school activities.
Any damage to property must be compensated by the student.
No personal gifts to staff. Only sweets may be distributed on birthdays.
Bicycles must be locked properly at designated areas.
All communication must be addressed to the Principal.
Class monitors maintain order in absence of teachers.
Students must move quietly and orderly between classes.
Permission is required to leave the classroom.
Loitering during class is not allowed.
Free time should be spent in the library.
Students are responsible for personal hygiene and cleanliness.
English must be spoken during school hours.
Silence is mandatory in the library, computer lab, and science lab.
The school is not liable for any accidents, but first aid will be given.
Students must attend the first day after vacations. Holidays are listed in the diary.
Annual parent-teacher meetings are held; prior permission is required for other meetings.
Responsibility for the child passes to the guardian upon handover with ID card.
Assignments and projects must be submitted on time.
Promotion and certificates are at the sole discretion of the Principal.
